  Staff who were all so pleasant and very attentive. A request for extra towels and pillows was fulfilled within minutes. The sofabed in the room to accommodate a larger family was excellent. I actually was on a tour that ended in Seattle and convinced another couple to stay there also when it ended.   Great location by the waterfront (Lake Union South). Very easy access to I5. Very quiet rooms. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was ideal for our family. The separate bedrooms are either side of the living room/kitchen. Great breakfast, nice (smallish) swimming pool and very quick and easy to get downtown via trolleybus.
