  Very friendly staff. We were able to check in before 10, even though the check in time was 16. And there was no problem getting the luggage stored on the day of departure.   We loved everything! The staff was so sweet and had everything ready for us including fresh cookies and a hand written thank you note. The lobby is cozy and a great space to just relax.
