  The layout of the one bedroom suite was well-thought with almost everything one might need to feel the comforts of home. There was even a washer/dryer in the suite. The pillows though small were firm enough to sleep well. The complimentary hot buffet breakfast may not be fancy but it was pleasant.   When we first arrived we were placed in a room in the seventh floor, which had windows that you could barely see out of. On top of that, we found hairs in the bed. However, just a call to guest relations got housekeeping to change the sheets. The next day we spoke with a staff member and they were able to accomodate us in another room. While at first I was a bit - The wave pool was amazing and very fun for my 12 and 14 year old boys and myself. It was soo hot in Vegas (104+) that we stayed in the water the entire 4 pool hours each day of our stay. The lazy river was fun as well with a good speed to it for drifting or running/swimming. We enjoyed the lux room view from the 23rd floor facing the pool. Everyone was friendly and the Starbucks was handy. We enjoyed the Michael Jackson One show and the buffets for each meal except one dinner and one breakfast.

  I think it depends on the time of day you check in, to how quickly it all happens. Having been here once before you learn a few tricks. I dropped the family off at the entrance so they could get in the queue to check in.   The best thing about the hotel is that does not have a casino in the lobby. So you do avoid smelling like cigarettes when getting to your room. Rooms are cleaner that most hotels on the strip, which makes a great value for money, since you paid less for a cleaner room. The hotel is located a block away from the strip. It was a great price, a clean room with coffee pot. And it's about the only place I've stayed in Vegas that had a free breakfast. I didn't mind, it was only a $8 taxi ride back, but I saw the driver had picked someone up from the strip when they picked me up from the airport. I loved the hotel and I would stay there again.

  It is a small casino/hotel but had everything we needed. It was a 3 minute walk to The Strip and right across the road from MGM Grand and Tropicana.
