The shopping mall was wonderful and had everything one could ask for in a mall shopping experience. The staff at LSI was very friendly and accomodating. Its easy walking distance to the Mall and in - Super friendly staff-from desk clerks to runners to room service; the room was modern and tasteful, great for work, and very comfortable and peaceful; the pools are lovely; room service was great; above all, it is a beautiful boutique hotel which is much nicer than any surrounding accommodations and for a better price. I couldn't recommend it any more highly!

We had a good room with the view of the road but no noise. The Elite concierage and the Bell hop were very helpful in arranging trips and taxi
