  The rooms are nice and updated with convenient kitchenette, balcony and tile showers with dual shower heads. Staff was awesome. We celebrated our anniversary there and the staff was able to upgrade us to a gorgeous suite. - Staff was very nice....there were 3 parties in our reservation...they upgraded the other two with me...very nice for them. ... 别人怎么说 » However, my room was nice also.   The front desk gentleman was fantastic. The hotel was even nicer than expected. The rooms were pretty and so spacious. The indoor pool was perfect and the free breakfast was so good. Thank you for a wonderful stay! - the Staff let us check in early so my husband did not have to go to the meetings with me. That made the stay wonderful.

  We stayed in a two bedroom two bath condo that was beautiful to say the least. Very clean and comfortable. We loved drinking coffee on the outside screened in patio and just relaxing in the nice sized family room. There was definately enough space to fit a family of six. Loved this condo. - I love everything about the place, I mean everything from kitchen to the living room and the bathroom. The only changes that needs to be made is the online pictures that was obsolete compared to what u see in the room. Basically , they need an updated pictures and this will draw more people bcos I changed my stay from 2 days to one bcos of that online photos but when I got there I was amazed.

  The location was "GREAT", only 3 miles one way to the Osage Outlet Mall & 3 miles the other way to multiple family activities. We loved the indoor pool & jacuzzi that was open early in the morning & late @ night. The staff was so pleasant, polite, & willing to help @ whatever they could. The rooms had all the essentials needed @ a reasonable - We like the Resort at Port Arrowhead because they have a nice pool area and a nice restaurant that looks out over Lake Ozark.
