  Everything was clean. The villa was a lot nicer than I anticipated. The grounds were well taken care of and beautiful. We had a four bedroom which was ample space for my family of six. Except for the carpeting on the stairs needing a cleaning, the unit was pristine. The kitchen was perfect for simple meals. The hot tub was a great touch! We all loved it.   This is our second stay at this resort. It is convenient to the places we need to go when in Orlando/Kissimmee. We would still recommend this resort, even considering some of the annoyances. - The rooms are spacious, beds are soft, rooms are very clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming.

  When we first pulled in the front desk staff was very welcoming.. Entering our villa it was really well put together, clean and very spacious.. Also there was an immaculate view facing the lake.. Would and have recommended the Villas to friends and family. Would stay there again if we return to the area. Staff rated as good instead of excellent as we had so little interaction with them.   The amount of space was incredible - well laid out, too! The bedrooms were far away from each other, good for privacy. The full size kitchen and having washer and dryer in the suite was also a bonus. The screened and covered balcony was nice.
