Convenient to visiting Kingston historic sites and waterfront, as well as antiquing in many nearby towns. Great breakfast included.
Proximity to downtown Kingston.
The bed was comfortable.

Location.
Room rate was high considering how dated the facility is. Lounge was closed two hours before posted time.
First of all I paid $165 I know my plans were at the last minute, but the room had a stale odor and the pillows were to small and the towels were small and old the air conditioner was pretty loud For $165 I could have had a better experience.
curt breakfast staff.
location -not right near anything; fitness room/pool not working; staff were reasonably ok, but not particularly helpful.
Almost everything * refused to honor LOWER INTERNET price since our reservatiuons were not made directly through them * ice machines not working * pool very uninviting * continental breakfast - cold and greasy * "free" coffee machine not maintained * wifi signal weak * overall feeling of the place was old and needing a renovation * poor signage to get to hotel once on property.
Not clean, no snack vending machines, again cleanliness-our bathroom was gross; mold on shower curtain, chunks of rusty sink under vanity, nasty soap scum all over shower, and no vent fan for when you did shower.
Requested non smoking room were given a smoking room that had heavy smoke odor. Cigarette burns on bath tub and on seat of chair. Requested to be moved was told no other room and our booking did not state non smoking which it it as I ad and showed the front desk my confirmation. We needed to keep windows open in room. I was very disappointed and will not use letsbookhotel.com again. I believe I am entitled to some form of compensation.
