  This is one of the top 2 hotels in the King of Prussia area. It is a bit costly compared to others in the area but in my option worth the cost. Very nice executive level rooms that are clean and have nice beds and bathrooms. Also got room service and the food was very good. Will stay again.   All of staff was nice and easy to talk to. It was basically walking distance to most of the places I wanted to go. And not too far from the outlets, or downtown. I would stay here again and bring my children. The front desk had great communication and super friendly. 30 minutes upon arrival we try to turn the ac on and it didn’t work. I place a call to the front desk.
