  The friendliness of the staff. The facilities were quite good. There were two pools and hottubs plus an outside restaurant and bar.   From the moment Caroline welcomed us, we experienced the relaxing and welcoming atmosphere of the inn. Our room had a beautiful view and was perfect in every aspect (including the wine fridge).   The front desk lady was amazing. When I made my reservation the system timed out so I didn't receive a confirmation I immediately called the Lodge and this lady took my information and pre-booked me another room just in case the reservation didn't go through. The Lodge is very budge - the receptionnist ''Sophie'' I think her name is, she is exceptional, friendly, happy, helpful, full of energy, she really is what Lodge at Turbak's Creek is all about a nice place to stay!

  Extremely hepful and friendly staff. I was able to borrow a bike and therefre was able to see more of the beautiful area than on foot or even by car. - Everything. The staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel location was idyllic and the facilities superb. It is the coolest place.
