New Jersey. This was an unbelievably fortuitous and random find on a

initially put off by the idea of staying in Jersey City rather than my
usual midt -
Excellent flat, with the most stunning view of New York/Manhattan. A train (Path train) journey to Manhattan (10 min) but it was a calm place to come back to, with a good supermarket close by for food. The flat was very well equipped with every thing you could need and lots of space for 4 people. A laundry room was opposite our flat door and used a token, bought in the lobby.
Highly recommended, especially if travelling with children or teenagers.
