Beach location is outstanding, best access of any property. Didn't interact with staff much as the property was largely deserted last week, which I really enjoyed. The grounds and property are all well maintained. quaint, well kept gardens and heated pool and hot tub. Comfortable bed. Nice view. Location to golf and Jekyll Island club. Bike rental Maid service. Nice to see they laundered the bed spreads.
所有评语 » The landscaping is gorgeous. The live oaks and bushes border the beach and make for an impressive panorama. The staff was nice. The live oaks around the hot tub make for a great scene as well. I appreciated the prompt help by the staff when our door would not open. All contact with staff was very pleasant. All guests were in good spirits. very clean. The view, the view, the view!!! Having a mini kitchen with REAL dishes! A heated pool! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I hope to return!. Unit was spacious and in very good condition. Very clean. Price was reasonable, and location near beach was great. Pool was well heated. I loved it. We always stay at this same motel every time we go to Jekyll Island. It's clean, comfortable and beautiful. The location and the grounds are the highlight of this hotel, along with a very accommodating staff. Everything...Beautiful grounds, great staff, awesome rooms, courteous guest and great location. suite was awesome, beach was relaxing, front desk attendants were friendly and accomodating. Rooms were clean but furnishings are a bit dated. Will consider this hotel for future trips but will also look at newer hotels and the remodeled Holiday Inn Express coming next door. shower a little too soft, bathroom a little dated. The hotel, while clean and comfy, is more of a traditional motel layout where the "balconies" are just the hotel walkway. This is a very insignificant negative. The lack of any breakfast or even just snacks on the property and their pillows. The only thing tha we didn't like was the noises made by the hot water boiler unit next door,LOL ! No big deal really, just kind of noisey !. The rooms could be updated. They overcharged my card for an extra night and the money wasn't back on my card till 4 days later. We could have used that money while we were there. The least they could have done was upgrade to a suite or something for their mistake. Rooms were over priced. No breakfast. Beds were uncomfortable. The door to the bathroom didn't close. no food service rainy weekend:( bathroom very small. Bath room very small One tv did not work. Noisy air conditioner ~ Accommodations were a little dated. Rooms could use updating Ocean water was very cloudy Staff not overly friendly. We believe more could be done for the guest as far as cont. Breakfast, better coffee bar. Cups very small and coffee was cold. We were checked in by the front and given our key around 3:37 pm, but our room was not ready. We were asked by the housekeeper to check back in 45 mins. It was well after 4pm before we could check in. Very little provided for the guest for the amount of money spent. Oh and Room 104 the shower door wont seal, the floor gets wet. Too expensive for the lack of hotel amenities such as, breakfast, elevator and the room decor needs to be updated. I will never stay here again. In general, Jekyll is expensive for it to be a state park. The grocery and beverage stores take advantage of the fact that visitors do not have other choices. After I paid $5.00 for a small box of cereal, I decided to drive 20 minutes to the local Walmart and pay a fair price. Out dated room, dirty bedspread, rug dirty.
