I loved the size of the room. Jamestown is a wonderful place to visit and the shops are varied and interesting. The antique shops are quite large and the people in them are friendly. The hotel itself has a beautiful clean sparking pool for kids/families.

It's just off main road so is quite,room was comfortable,microwave,frig,TV w/cable,pool if your inclined to swim,short walking distance to resturant for dinner only/but across Hwy 108 is a cafe for breakfast and lunch also a gas station, Bed is comfortable (a little firm but OK I will be staying again in comming months.

The staff at the Gold Lodge were the greatest. Always cheerful and helpful. Even potential renovation detractions were handled so the customer was never inconvenienced. Beautiful location also. -
