The staff was great. We didn't like the king room we reserved, so they accommodated us the next two nights in a larger 2 queen deluxe room. So happy we stayed an extra night, too. Location is perfect for running around Jackson. Surrounded by mountains and town shopping/entertainment was all walk able. Staff helpful rooms had lightswitch gas fireplace!. Our plane had a delay so we arrived late. The office was allready closed but they left the key in a box. Very nice!.
所有评语 » Older motel that has had upgrades made to it and is located within walking distance to the historic down town. Great location. Friendly. Good tea, coffee, muffins and donuts at reception for breakfast. Good large room. Loved the room and everyone was so friendly. Room nice and clean. Would definitely recommend a stay there. It was a lovely room and thought the price was pretty good. Could have used a couch for a family room. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asked for suggestions on where to eat and shop. Spacious room for a decent price in a very expensive town. Great staff! good beds. The location was good. new carpet. Clean room. comfortable bed a must for me. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Clean room, with good amenities. The room was very nice and clean, felt like I got value for the price. Close to old town Jackson Hole shopping and galleries. The fact that the government shut down the national parks while we were there. Hmmm only muffins for breakfast. Small rooms with no where to sit and a bit pricy for what you get. Only one chair in the room. Our room was very dark as it was stuck in the corner of the L shaped building and the motel was full so we couldn't change even though staff tried very hard. We stayed in the family room I believe it was #14 behind the stairs. The bed on the right was broke in the middle. A spring twanged many times when we moved while tring to sleep. And we kept falling to the middle of the bed. A little noisy. Could do with a better cleaning job and they have to adapt real blinders to the glass-door. Needed a magnifing make up mirror. We could hear the people next door. The common walls needed to be insulated for sound. I could hear the people above us (we were ground floor). The bed seemed as though it was broken. sagged in the middle and very creaky. We did not break the bed by the way. Would have liked some kind of desk or table in the room, to put my laptop and other electronics. Guess I'm spoiled by other hotels. Noise from above room was quite loud. Food is expensive in Jackson. It would be nice if there had been a table in the room so you could eat your snack or dine in...otherwise great room. Bed made noise against wall and mattress was not great. Clean. Our room is near the stairs so it's a bit noisy when there're people going upstairs. Cost. This is a run-of-the-mill motel at luxury prices. Roofing contractor pounding on roof above our room. I was tired and wanted to sleep for awhile but could not. They did not quite until 6 pm Not a gooddeal for the money we paid for the room. Also poor choice of sink in bathroom, because no place to sit your personal items for shaving, hair brush, etc. Floor slopes, building is not level. Cramped quarters. Old. Landscaping is drab and non-description. No frills.
