  The Snow King Resort provides a Shuttle Service for it's guests. We had car trouble immediately upon arrival and our vehicle was in the shop for a day and a half, thanks to the Shuttle Service, we were picked up from the garage, taken to different locations in town for food and shopping and taken back to the garage to pick up our vehicle.   The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a small glitch with the plumbing and they moved us to another room. Even though there was construction on the road in front of the Lodge, it really wasn't an inconvenience. The noise wasn't audible from our room. We were even able to to get the the Mexican restaurant across the street on foot. That ultimately made my decision. Everything was as presented, very comfortable. I slept well, comfortable mattress; could set my own room temperature.

  The gentleman who checked us in (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain about all the facilities...the best restaurants in the area...places to go see...He had a map that he gave us so we could find our way around. We were very impressed with him. We will definitely come ba - Beautiful, clean, fabulous decor, well designed, very helpful staff. We have stayed all across the west coast of the USA and Southern Canada on this trip and this hotel rates as one of the very best. Very convenient to have free and efficient laundry facilities for guests. Staff were extremely helpful to assist us when we had a dental emergency. Great location surrounded by high quality wining and dining facilities. This hotel was definitely worth the money we paid.

  I spent just one night in this hotel on my way to Yellowstone. I stayed in one of the cabin which was amazing very good beds very warm room (it was snowing outside, in May!). The concierge was very helpful and the place is three blocks from the central square. There is also a very nice diner just across the street which serves a very good breakfas... 别人怎么说 » t. Definitively a place to stay when in Jackson. - We stayed in a log cabin, which was great. It was well appointed and had a nice verandah out the front. We liked the free home baked cookies, fruit and hot drinks. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Jackson is a great centre for visiting the Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. There was a stop for the free shuttle bus around Jackson just down the road. - We liked everything about this motel. We stayed in a two room cabin for 6 nights. The grounds were beautiful and quiet. We (party of 4) were provided all we needed, like shampoo, soaps, towels etc. Walking distance to town square, restaurants, and the county fair grounds. Really comfortable. Staff were ALL great. They went above and beyond to insure our comfort.

  our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we got an upgrade. We also got an excellent recommendation for dinner. Two bathrooms was a bit OTT just for the two of us, but would have been great for a family. Location to the centre of Jackson was really good - very easy drive. It was clean, beautifully decorated, had an amazing view, and was a great value on top of everythign else. The few pictures we were able to access prior to booking didn't do the room justice. We were absolutley thrilled when we got to our room.
