  Loved the setting, river view, urban setting. Pam, the housekeeper was so friendly and accommodating - greeted us when we arrived, pointed us to our room, moved her car so we could park closer, she is a real asset to your facility. - Loved that it was pet friendly even though we didnt have our dogs with us on this trip.   LOVED everything! The staff were wonderful! The room was excellent and very clean! The price for what we received was amazing!   Evening clerk was most welcoming and had helpful recommendations for breakfast. She is a fine ambassador. She did turn on the thermostat, as asked, but it was set to Low Cool. I changed that to Low Heat. The room needed only a few minutes to warm up a few degrees. Very comfortable bed.
