  I thought Rhisa, who checked me in was a wonderful concierge who helped me with all my inquiries and had bell hop take all my treasures up to my room! Davey, the IT person helped me get my Wi-Fi set very quickly! The room I had was in the far side of the main building where it was quite and no problems with getting around. Merry Christmas! - I was concerned about the property after reading reviews & was pleasantly pleased with everything about the hotel. Noise was not an issue as so many reviewers said. But it is a city so there will be some. We closed our windows at night & slept well. Great location. Buses out front. IHop across the street. Staff went out of their way to help whenever approached. I would stay here again.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, very nice room. $12 parking right nextdoor, extremely convenient for going to Waikiki beach. One long blockfrom the Duke Kahanmoku statue which is dead center on the beach.   Concierge was awesome, live music very good, coffee lady was so sweet, cleaning staff was nice and friendly, bartender and drinks at Mac 24/7 were great. - We liked the quite room and the hotel service.   The Hilton Hawaii is a very grand and posh hotel. So obviously expensive. Facilities are very good. 8 swimming pools. Eateries. Shopping mall. Grocery etc. easily available. Beach is poor and stony. You can stay in the hotel and enjoy.   Our hotel room is excellent with great views. Also the lobby isbeautiful and huge with lots of couches and we like the rumours club,being close to the huge mall. Also I love the patio and the little shopsinside the hotel. It was perfect. - The location was Awesome and the hotel was really nice.
