I loved how big the room was. It was also very clean. It is also within walking distance to many places or very short driving time to others (winston salem is only about 15 min away). It was cheaper than every other hotel we checked out. There is a full size fridge, sink and 2 burner stove top in the kitchen as well as pots and dishes. I like the room set-up/compact but has what you need for a comfortable and homey stay. The mattress must have been brand new because it was so comfortable and the refrigerator was surprisingly sparkling clean. The desk staff was helpful and accommodating.

The staff greeted us with a smile, and welcomed us to Crestwood Suites, and made us as comfortable as possible. They treated us with respect, and that means a lot. the room was more than we expected. the location to shops and eating places were ideal. the price of the room :) how clean the room was. We like the room. The price. Good location for our needs. Decent price. The location. Location. Nothing. Nothing. I wasted money because we did not stay, we only left our things there but we wound up staying with family due to the fact of hairs in the shower and musty odor as well as roaches were found in the room. Nothing Crestwood should b ashamed of themselves. Location. location. nothing. The hotel computer system crashed and lost all the reservations so by the time we got to the hotel the room we had booked was already gone which was a 2 bed smoking room however they put us in a queen suite that had a reclining sofa so it fit the four of us perfectly. There's not much to complain about but the outside window seals and surrounds could have been cleaner-there were spider webs and dust. There was a big stain in the hallway leading up to the room but that's about it for the negatives. N/A. wasn't able to park closer to where room was, lot too small. Nothing. That there were two in the area and of course I went to the wrong one first. There was a bed bug on one of the pillows. I was embarrassed because I reserved 3 rooms for family and we were sorely disappointed in the place as answered previously. We did not even have a shower curtain in our bathroom. Had to request one. Furniture like that from a second hand store. Did not get room we were scheduled for. this property took advantage of the local market occuring at the time and charged 5 times their normal rate, failed to hire additional cleaning staff to handle their increased occupancy and did not clean the rooms on any kind of schedule, daily or otherwise. Staff seemed to be overwhelmed Hallways very smokey & smelly Stranger walked in our room because his key worked for our room. Staff very unorganized at check in Huge line waiting to check in. First room we were given was not the accommodations we requested and booked. The room was dilapidated and needed serious updating. Stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping never cleaned our room. Way over priced. Will not stay at this hotel again. It is a shame that the room we stayed in was run down. The reclining sofa in the room was torn and ripped and the microwave didn't have all it's parts. We did not get room service to clean our room each day we were there. Everything. Hotel was clean..In our bathroom it was s### in the tiolet the tub was dirty the sheets had burn holes in them, the fpoor was nasty staff were very ghetto. We left our room at 8:15 am in 4-20-13. We returned at 6:30 pm. Our room has not been cleaned and the tv was on. And we made sure we turned it off when we left. Room was dirty and smelled terrible. We booked a double suite and they only had a single and did not adjust the price. My business partner is 7 months pregnant and we had to sleep in a double bed together. We wanted to check out and they did refund for the second night-we just could not stay. bed uncomfortable not enough dishwashing liquid not enough kitchen towels and utensils checkout staff not friendly. everything... Everything.
