The staff looked after me so well which was so comforting being a solo traveller! I had a faulty rental car and was going to return it to LAX but the staff at the hotel insisted on taking care of my problem. They contacted the car rental company and organized for the company to exchange my car which was all taken care of while I went to dinner. Trust me, this hotel has awesome service and is in a fantastic location. Perfect for the active person who loves long bike rides along the beach plus oc.
所有评语 » I loved my room! I chose a "standard" room for the price, and it was cozy and so cute. It was like your own quaint studio apartment! This room faced a wall, however I didnt plan to stay in my room for much more than sleeping and rest, so no oceanview was okay with me and I peeked into an oceanfront room and it was exactly the same. The bathtub is lovely and large. The shower's water pressure was pret amazing and the rooms were very very clean. The staff was also very sweet and very accommodatin. Our son lives in Redondo Beach about 1.5 miles away, and my brother lives 200 yds from the Beach House. Perfect location! We booked an ocean view room right over The Strand. Incredible view! Very accommodating, comfortable room. Two flat screen TV's, Blu-Ray, microwave, stove, frig, dishes and flatware!! Wonderful staff. Close restaurants and shopping. Beats the big hotels any day (and I'm a Diamond at Hilton). We'll definitely be back! Thanks bh@h!!. Amazing location! We booked an ocean view suite and were updated to an ocean front suite - we had a simply great time and loved the hotel. It was a place that made us feel like we were home! The room was beautiful and clean, had a fire place and 2 TVs, the staff is really friendly and there is valet parking available. It was about 24 dollar / night. The staff was professionally friendly and helpful, the best I have ever experienced. This was very comforting and contributed to my very enjoyable stay of five days. The pillows were cry comfortable also. Location --right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants-- was terrific. Facility was very nice; white and shiny. Nice bathtub. They had beach chairs you could borrow free of charge. This was a great place to stay. Close to everything we wanted to do while we were in the area. Very friendly staff! We WILL come back. This was the best place in the entire area. This hotel was so nice and the rooms are big with great views. In a great location and loved the pier street and all the local restaurants and shops. The view off our balcony was fantastic. Great little place on the first level beach front for breakfast each morning and happy hour on Friday and Saturday night. But, I would do it again. Very nice rooms with separate sleeping and living areas in one room. The sea view rooms have great views. Rooms were large, two tvs (one remote worked both tvs). I would say to other travelers a tip, and its been mentioned before on here, and I am glad I read about it..The rooms facing 14th street can get a little noisy with skateboarders, the breakfast is served on the patio on that same side and there is a small grassy Area where some people were congregating. Other than that, I'd absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone!!. Not enough time there!. If you're planning to spend most of your time in hollywood, this hotel is probably a bit too far. But hermosa beach is far more beautiful anyway!. The living room seating was painfully uncomfortable and we put the coffee table outside on the balcony for space. Breakfast room was noisy and minimalist, but hard to complain when it's free!. WE loved it all!. Nothing at all. Couldn't get a late check out after 1. Because it's so popular! Minor detail. THe cost for Valet parking with no other options .When I booked the trip the pre-confirmation indicated a King Size bed ,sunken living room and bathtub of which none of those were provided and the small bed was extremely unfcomfortable to say the least. A bit high in room rate. And, housekeeping kept knocking on my door even with the dnd sign out. Oh well ... still loved it!. Breakfast was very, very basic (only toast, cereal, pastries, yoghurt) and in no relation to the hotel´s high standard. Anyone wishing for basics such as an egg or cheese for breakfast - be ready to eat elsewhere. Poor view. Very basic breakfast. No real bar or restaurant. Property is more like an apartment hotel than a hotel with lots of services. Nothing. Nothing... Awesome place to stay. surrounding areas were the pits :-(. We were given a very noisy room and had to upgrade. We arrived early and they would not change are room with out additional charge. The hotel was not full and I felt it was because of the rate booked. Nothing would fit this category. We did not like the car valet service. They were friendly and did a great job, but we prefer to park our own car. The breakfast was ok, but I have seen better at cheaper hotels. - hotel personnal. No complaint. The room was very strong of air freshened or potpourri to the point I had to air out the room and leave for a bit. It was very strong. Nothing!. nothing to say. I booked the room of "sea view", not the real room is not. Nothing. Room wasn't cleaned on one day during my stay, my request to fix it was not acted upon. breakfast buffet. Bed not that comfortable. For the price our room was small on the first floor and not part of the main hotel. The parking is ridiculous. I was very disappointed to fine out that the handicap rooms have no walk in showers . The bathtub shower combo has a high step in (not great for the old and handicap) . The beach house has one room that has a shower and was not functioning. Sad for my mom she couldn't take a shower the days we were there. I contacted the general manager but no response. Thanks Lilly. camere su strada.
