Inside room close to pool, quite,good shower. Great soap for the shower and personal care products. Exhaust fan. Room was nicely painted, clean and smelled ok. King bed still ok but could use a softer topper like memory foam.Enjoyed the old west look fronting the pool area. Left something in room. I called and they found it and put it back for safe keeping. Handy quick shop next door. Great value for the price. Even though I had made a reservation through letsbookhotel.com they were unable to find it. They did match the price I had received on booking and were very accomadating.

The pool area and proximity to things to do were all fantastic. Location and price. Every thing was clean, but dated. Good beds, good breakfast. good employees. Price, location, breakfast, parking lot. The kids enjoyed pool and water slide. sausage & eggs breakfast. The hotel is old and rundown. Shower did not work, my brother's toilet would not flush and his key would not work - had to change his room. My room was noisy and smelled like a "cheap" hotel, which is was. The only thing I liked is they have a pool with a slide, that the kids loved. Although every thing, including the pool is outdated from the 80's. The need a serious remodel. check in was good. Night clerk was indifferent to elicited problems. Breakfast bar was fair, but should open earlier to accomodate early travelers and workers. My younger two sons enjoyed the pool and the pool slide. They had a great time. The hotel was also able to get our rooms next to each other. 1. the location right off the highway. 2. pet friendly accommodation. The value and accommodation. The waterslide. Comfy beds. It is right off I-70 close to everything. The young lady working the front desk. It was close to the freeway. Had bar and grill attached. Location off of highway. Price. nothing. It stunk terribly. The carpet was filthy dirty & stained. We didn't want to take our shoes off. The head of the beds the mattresses were at a slant down. Overall the most discusting experience we had. I am sorry to say there was nothing we liked!. Location. Hot tub should be a little hotter. Carpet was clean but stained and worn looking. Should be replaced.Not a necessity but missed microwave and fridge. My reservation I made through letsbookhotel.com could not be found. Hot tub was broken. Breakfast bar was frequently out of items. Check in was slow, only one clerk. Minor annoyances but I'd still come back. Bathroom needed some maintenance but everything worked well enough. handle came off shower on 2nd night had trouble shutting water off, no shampoo and soap after first night, Pillow on 2nd bed looked like cleaning person laid on bed and slept during the day. You could see body form on the bed. Really falling apart, dirty, loud, breakfast overcooked. The Hotel could use some updating. Carpets were dirty. Breakfast was not good - Hotel was in need of remodeling - Could hear other guests closing doors all through the night. The room felt old and dirty. The shower curtain had mold on it. The mirror had large spots on it. The beds were not very comfy. Ac fan rattled when on. No milk for breakfast cereal. Attendant said "we're out and left. Hallways were not very clean and neither were the doorways to the parking lots in back. Beds were small and uncomfortable. There was a lot of noise in hall kids running and slamming doors late at night our phone didn't work so couldn't call front desk. no heat at night. The pool was too cold to swim, others were complaining also, no remote for tv, had problems checking out, also for safety, the main door to the outside was not locked, could open with out a key, did not like this at all. Price was to much for what the rooms were. The breakfast was poor, ran out of food, and the juice machine was out of juice all the time. No coffee in the breakfast area for extended period of time. There was water on the floor next to the tub when we checked in, also a penny on the bathroom floor, when we arrived. Parking lot was not cleared of snow behind the building where we had to park. The young lady and maintenance man were very nice and really tried to be accomodating given the circumstances with which they had to work. Room was dirty. Staff did not seem concerned. Breakfast bar was late opening. Would help if opened at 5:30 instead of 6:30. Both of our rooms smelled bad. Our mattress had a deep valley in the middle causing us to roll. Both rooms were across from the bar where loud music played really late. My older two boys slept in their clothes and refused to take a shower in their room. They chose our shower because the bathroom was in slightly better condition. 1. dingy hotel, filthy floors. 2. lackluster (and poorly managed) breakfast. 3. dilapidated hotel room bathroom. Little outdated and run down. Didn't have reservation upon check in and took 20 minutes to get into room. Keys wouldn't work...gravy at breakfast was horrible! Tasted like cement paste. And hot tub out of order. After driving 12 hours!. The entire property smells like mold. It used to be a motel with the doors opening to outside. They walled it in to make it look like a hotel but did not provide proper ventalation. The roof leaks in many places. I was unfortunate and got a room with yellow ceiling and it smelled horrible. Avoid this property at all costs. It is not worth the $10 or $20 that you save stay in a moldy place. The last time I stayed in a motel that bad was in East Hollywood. Nothing. We traded rooms 3 times. The carpet in the first two was soaking wet. The entire hotel smelled like a musty basement. The ladders out of the pool had no rungs to climb out on and weren't attached all the way. The pool water was cold. The bottom of the pool was slimy. There's no elevator. The showers were dirty. We actually called 10 other hotels in town but all were full otherwise we would not have stayed overnight. The entire facility its out dated. It smelled old and damp in the hallways of the rooms. My heater wouldn't work. The drain in the shower was obstructed; tried to remove the obstruction the topnof the stopper came off. Continued to attempt to get the water to receed only to pull out a "corona" beer bottle top. I checked out and demanded a refund. Very dated, heating and did not work. No food on free breakfast. Rooms were very dated, carpets stained, could have been cleaner. Very outdated. Bed mattress was terrible, very worn out. No electrical outlets available for laptop, cell phone charger, etc (not even enough outlets to plug in all the lamps in the room). Noisy late into the evening because room was near the pool in the interior courtyard. Hotel is run down and needs lots of repair. Carpets worn and dirty. Lamps in room falling apart. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. broken windows hot hallways bugs dirty carpet algea or bathtub ring in the pool lack of chlorine in the pool price dirty ceiling tiles outdated rooms/furniture staff smell the locks to the outside not working missing room locks missing light bulbs in room poor shower. The showers in one of the rooms didn't work. Luckily we had 2 rooms and it didn't hold up my travel plans. frustrating. everything. The rooms were filthy dirty, customer service and the mix up in reservation was very poor. We were kept up all night by out of control guests, nothing ever done to take care of it. Would not shower due to the mold, cleanliness of towels, etc. It was very hot in the room. The thermastate never got below 82. We called the front desk at midnight, they told us to turn the air off for 15 minutes so it could unfreeze, then turn it back on. They also said they would bring us a fan and never did. Pubic hair all over tub Very very nasty stained carpet with what looked Like throw up never cleaned chunky stuff all over the most discussing place I've ever stay. Carpet was stained. Hair all over pillow No security. Doors always unlocked Filthy room. Faucets loose. I want a refund but manager wil not respond. According to staff at ck out they had given us a room that they normally give oil workers. I itched all night and did not sleep well.
