Great location right off the highway and very easy to get to with a gas station and drug stores within walking distance. There is a plaza across the street with stores as well. Well kept.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well laid out. When my key cards didn't work, they were replaced quickly. The breakfast is much better than most places.
Staff was friendly and very helpful. Since there was no elevator staff helped to get luggage to the room.

Access Convenience.
We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony at the front so were able to get air into the room whenever we needed to. Good buffet breakfast included. The ladies replenishing the food worked very hard and were very friendly and kind. Easy access to shops and the motorway. The staff generally were very friendly and welcoming.
Bed was comfortable.
The elevator smelled bad. It makes a bad impression. They should really clean it and it would help greatly. Everything else was very clean.
This was my fault, but a learning lesson to pass on. My mother is in a wheel chair, but can get around a room fine. I didn't realize that there were different buildings, so I didn't ask for handicapped. There is only one building that has an elevator so you can get to the breakfast in one building. So, next time I would simply say that I need elevator access.
Room was not clean. I noticed blood at the base of the toilet...don't know why (don't care)--but should have not been there.

The indoor pool was a reasonable size but we didn't use it as the water looked a little milky and there were no changing rooms. Didn't want to walk around the hotel in a wet swimsuit. The corridors were dark and scruffy and smelt heavily of stale cigarette smoke as did our room. There had been an attempt in the room to mask the smell with air freshener but this wasn't really successful.
Overall impression was unsatisfactory, very stuffy atmosphere, dingy appearance, Esp. Hallways, windows, pool area, balconies were dirty, unappetizing...
