The room was clean and the ac worked great, the room was cold just the way we wanted it!!! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Loved 24 hr coffee bar and fitness center excellent. Too cool for the pool but it was a beauty. We loved the clean, comfortable beds/rooms and the friendly staff. Highly recommended!. The location was great and we had everything we needed. Staff was all very nice.

The Rooms were spacious, the salt water pool was glorious. We had a 5th floor beach view. Location was convenient. Room was clean, pool was nice and clean. Great view of the beach and nice pool. Relaxed and saw Elton John. Location and nice rooms. Clean modern rooms. Friendly staff. View. Staff was very friendly. Location was perfect for a baby shower next door. Air conditioner worked very well and kept the room cool. Breakfast was very good, but slightly expensive, would've been better if included or $5. Did I mention staff was very friendly? Especially the people at the front desk. 1. registration staff was professional and informative. On the beach. the gulf view and the receptionist who checked me in. I did like that it was close to the beach. The hallways and elevators were very hot and muggy. That we had to go home. Carpets need deep cleaning in room and breakfast area. The bar couldn't make a Pina colada, U could only turn air down to 65, not enough towels. Extremely noisy a/c in room made it difficult to sleep!. Hot Hall Ways, Hot Tub Was Dirty, No Free Breakfast, For The Money Could Be Little Nicer. Did it as I wanted. Two extremely different prices for the same room. Pool needs updating. Confusion over breakfast. Expected continental breakfast. Didn't know about the extras and the cost. no free breakfast. I spent $540.00 and had to pay for breakfast. I was expecting breakfast to be free with my stay. Better blankets on the bed. They were like thick sheets. No microwave in our room. The doors in the rooms are heavy and slam very loud. The second day we were there, we did not get any new towels. Toilet in our bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Television needs an update. Maybe the ability to order movies? It rained most of our trip and that would have been nice given the limited selection of channels. 1. Something was wrong with TV. Had to watch our program in the bar area. 2. Found 1 wash cloth in bathroom that was moist as if it had been used for cleaning up. It was hanging at right end of the shower curtain rod. 3. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. There were, however, two bottles of conditioner. 4. Could not adjust the A/C nor the fan speed. Across the highway from beach. lack of information at the desk, i.e. church phone # opening times for CVC, lobby computers were so slow. The hot tub was broken. The airconditoner was hot or cold no inbetween. They had not bath tub just a shower. which i could live with that m but i was going over there to relax and was really upset that the the hot tub was broken and had nasty stuff floating around in the pool. Would I not recommend going back and nor would i go back there again.
