I had great customer service from everyone I dealt with here. From Kaylie on the phone to Jamie & Jeromy at the desk. Also, the General Mgr. Denise McGinnis was also helpful to me with another need I had which had nothing to do with the hotel. The staff here is excellent! Location is close to Lambeau field (about 2 mi away) and there is a free shuttle you can take to a game from the highway at this location. Plenty of restaurants nearby also!.
所有评语 » Travelodge Green Bay was everything I needed. It was convenient, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, coffee pot in the room, decent breakfast and it fit my budget. I had made reservations for only one night, but when I realized that I needed to stay another night; the staff was very accommodating and agreed that I could get the same discounted price for the 2nd night. I would definitely stay again. Staff very helpful, professional, and courteous. Facility was well located for our purpose. The hotel is showing its age a bit, but the room was comfortable and served our purpose nicely. Value was great for the price. I enjoy the location, and the ease of getting on/off freeway. Very friendly staff and the room is just the right size for me. Location was great. We were in Green Bay for football and hotel is close to stadium and restaurants. Room very clean and beds were very comfortable. Close to Lambeau and was able to park in the motel lot even tho we couldn't check in til after the game. Staff was very friendly and room was clean. No other rooms to switch to since they were full. Also wish on Packer game days, you could get an earlier check in time so we didn't have to change into our winter gear in the car. Nothing here. first room smelled like dog. I did not have a negative experience at all!. liked everything. We would have liked a towel rack by the vanity. TV dedinately needed upgrading. Bathroom needed mor attention from cleaning crew. No safe in the room Poor breakfast No closed closet. Terrible smell in the hallway. Asked about aarp discount, was told it was part of the price. Stained and dirty feeling. Almost everything wlse. Rooms very small, very dated, cheap worn out furniture, smelled, very noisy. Its a dump. Its outdated and worn. The bedding is worn and bed spread was stained and dirty. The rooms are extremely small. It is way overpriced. (I understand it was due to a special event) The hotel also has a odor in the public areas. Whole place is s dump. our room smelt horrible, questionable orgin of stains on carpet, door did not shut all the way could see gaps in door frame. Deffintally a "memorable" experience. I never but never come here again. Place is a dump! Would not recommend anyone to stay there!.
