The price for the room was great. We are active so we don't spend much time in a hotel/motel room, therefore, we don't want to spend money for a space we don't occupy long-term, yet we want a site that is clean and well-maintained. Liked having the coffee maker,microwave and refrigerator in the room - all were larger that the average motel models

My husband and I were on a road trip (our first time in Colorado)....this was our best stay on our whole trip ! :-) This is a small family run business. They were nice, polite and friendly. Breakfast was good with a good variety. The rooms very clean and neat and had everything we were looking for (refrig / microwave). They were very helpful in referring us a good Mexican restaurant (within walking distance). We dealt with their daughter and the mother, both were wonderful ! We would stay
