Everything was brand new and clean. It was fairly quiet, which we appreciated, and close to shopping, which was our main reason for being in Grand Forks. The bed was very comfortable. It was really nice to have the kitchenette to use during our stay. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, although more gluten free options would be and asset. The facility was spottless and tastefully decorated with ample space for gathering. The morning breakfast area was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and knoweldgable. This was all at a reasonable price. I wish that it would have been available sooner as my travels to Grand Forks will be reduced in the future.

Pool area SOOOoo clean !! Pet friendly !! Great rooms, loved the full size kitchen ! I give this Hotel 200 %. -Staff were very friendly -Rooms were clean and loved the mini kitchenette. -Nice pool area -Awesome continental breakfast -Great hotel for $95 usd a night. The staff was amazingly friendly, and the hotel was absolutely beautiful. We will be looking for other staybridge suites whenever we go on holidays. I was very happy with our suite it was very clean and comfortable.Would highly recommend this to my friends. Enjoyed the very friendly service. Very clean and large open area for visiting. Very well equipped rooms. style of room and amenities, large gathering/breakfast area, dvd player in room. The kitchen and kitchen facilities were wonderful. Everything was beautiful. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel, I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful place, very comfy and lots of amenities!. Contemporary, modern, classy feel. Very clean. Very clean,well designed rooms. Nice modern rooms. Very nice hotel. value and roomy. Extra pillows on the bed and not having to ask for them. The room set up with the bathroom in the corner away from the door. That you allow pets. The late checkout time of noon. Kitchen area and main rooms downstairs. The coffee was not very good at all, it was much to weak for our tastes. We didn't have any issues at all. Nothing to dislike. Couldnt do an early check-in, almost was later than the official check-in time. The air conditioning was way too loud and didn't make for good sleeping. It was busy in the breakfast area, and the coffee pots were all empty, when I very nicely told the "person" in the kitchen he was not very nice.. and did not bring more coffee for quite some time. I do realize that it was busy, and perhaps he was understaffed, but he was rude!. Next to the elevators...pretty noisy in the morning!. Nothing really. 1)-breakfast buffet continually out of items.Had to keep asking for coffee,eggs ,waffle mix etc. to be put out. Didn't like staying on the ground floor....when I opened my drapes I was looking into someone's car. A bit pricey. Pool not open. Room was cramped: o had to walk sideways to get from my side of the bed past the tv and I am not over weight. That I found someone else's toenail clipping on the carpet in an area the vacuum would have definitely caught. They kept running out of food at breakfast and it took a long time for staff to replenish it. No maid service on weekends.
