The woman at the front desk during check-in was very friendly and helpful. She was in a good mood and seemed genuinely happy we chose her hotel for our stay. I wish more hotel staff were that pleasant. Checkout time had more going on, but they were still pleasant and upbeat. All of them made our short stay in Tennessee enjoyable. The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean, I enjoyed my stay especially for the money and it is centrally located around everything. I could walk to get something to eat while I was there. I would stay there again.
所有评语 » The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Nathan who checked us in in the afternoon was very friendly. When we checked out the lady was not pleasant and didn't even say thank you. Very clean and friendly staff. I had all the basic things you need to spend a couple of nights. Within walking distance to supermarkets, gas stations, banks and other places. I definitely enjoyed the location. There was a gas station and plenty of food options within walking distance, as well as a grocery store. The room was much quieter than we thought it was going to be. No road noise!. mini fridge, microwave in room. price. decent little breakfast was a bonus. Comfortable beds, friendly and responsive staff. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Location to services that I need. Great service. 95%. Location. Location to the grocery store; parts of the breakfast; and that tours would pick you up and drop you off there. Nothing. not one thing!. We had issues with the bathroom toliet and had to call twice before anyone serviced. It was still an issue when we left and advised them that they should take care of before having other guests stay in the room. Breakfast was very basic, and not very diabetic friendly. Cereal was stale. towels and washcloths were a bit scratchy. pillows were too soft for me. Bathroom shower curtains too flimsy and the floor gets soaked . Grout needs replacing. The ac in our room wasn't working. The room was still hot after ac being on 1 hr. the staff responded promptly and the next room was much better and we were able to get to get some rest . Decore could use an update. Internet. Owner is working issue but the wireless can be spotty at best. I call to front desk to reset routers all the time. Hope it gets fixed soon. Bath room stool way to low. No hand rails for the bath tub/shower. Both of which was inconvenient for someone who had just had a knee replacement. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The only elevator was on the other side of the hotel; that there was no laundry available; and that while our side of the hotel was clean the other side was noteably in dire need of cleaning (vending area). Oh . . . and the television channels had lines running through most channels. Dirty and horribly noisy. This was the single most worst hotel room ever! We had to leave and find another room at night and cut our trip short because everything else around was booked for the holiday weekend. The rooms were so dirty, moldy, and stinky. I wouldn't even sit on the beds! Disgusting!.
