We arrived at the motel about 1 pm not expecting the rooms to be ready Dilip couldn't have been more helpful he said that one of the rooms was nearly ready and 1 would be about 5 minutes he also helped to carry the suit cases up the stairs .breakfast was very nice with a waffle maker ,toaster ,cereal little cakes ,fruit,tea, coffee and fruit juices.the room was clean and nice hot tub and swimming pool.
所有评语 » The motel is at a very good location especially it is very convienent to the outlet, walking distance. The room is big and clean. The bed is comfort, both my husband and I were very happy to select this motel. Excellent value, very clean spacious room, comfortable bed, very quiet, good breakfast, owner helpful and checking that all was OK. We thought this was a great place and would happily stay again. This was our first stop of a total of 4 hotels in a month long trip to the US. It has been the best hotel so far and is real bang for your buck!. Managers were very willing to accommodate my questions, my need to change my payment method, and made me feel good about staying at their hotel. It was close to the shopping mall everything was walking distance.breakfast room was very nice. It is right off the 101 and close to restaurants. Friendly people and a good sleep for the money. Clean, spacious room for your money. The rooms were large and clean. Location.... Price. Pool, Jucuzzi,. Location,close to outlet mall.Good value. clean and easy accebility. Being able to move to another room in a timely matter. The last room smelled like urine and there were pencil marks all over the walls and doors. The sheets, towels were clean and it looked like the housekeeper was trying really hard. It was closer to Santa Cruz than Modesto. I love the fact they have smoking rooms. It was quiet. Location. Pool , all their soda and snack machines worked. Just a suggestion it would be a help if there was a shelf to put the telephone on in the corner. Book in employee not friendly but efficient enough. Asked where room was and she gave me an answer which lacked details and interest in assisting me. Toilet in room was wobbly + chair needed repair - just simple maintenace issues, nothing major. Wouldn't take cash but when explained why that people kept stealing the flat screen TVs we understood. It is right off the 101 and was quite noisy. Turning on the air conditioner knocked out the noise. The smoking policy was a bit too strict. I agree with not smoking in the rooms, but there is a $400 fine if you smoke in the parking lot. That's ridiculous. The breakfast was a joke. Bread, mini chocolate doughnuts, like the ones that come six to a package. Dry cereal and oranges. Pretty sad. Our 9 year old did not like the waffles (and he loves waffles.) They need to make the waffle batter thicker. The waffles thin and limp instead of crisp, They were more like pancakes. Needs some updating. Unexpected $200. cash Deposit Required for Using a Debit Card.. personne dosen't frendly. The woman at the counter is very well no personality no smile now thank you no how are you no nothing. Hospitally is important. Guest like to feel comfortable no uncomfortable. Sketchy neighborhood, guy smoking weed just outside my door, first room I was given smelled like smoke. Didn't feel safe there. It did quiet down after about midnight and I did get a solid night's sleep. I jammed a chair under the door and moved the iron to my bedside in case someone broke in. That's the feeling I had there. The room smelled of chemicals which should have meant cleanliness but the carpet was not clean. The sink and counter was not clean. The coffee maker had old coffee in it. The front desk agent was extremely slow, and did not seem to want to respond to any questions asked. Then the rest of the staff couldnt speak english, so I was unable to get a remote for the TV for 45 minutes. Member of staff thought that there were people inside my room still when I went to check out?? I wanted my 200.00 refund back, and I think she wasn't going to give it back at first. I made her go back and look in the room again and of course no one was in it. Reception lady was not very welcoming Room was not as clean as others we have stayed in Breakfast was very poor compared with what was given at other establishments. Ididn't like it........ Breakfast was over ripe bananas or mini muffins lose not pkged or two cereals cornflakes or branflakes Don't expect much here. Room was clean just the chair was dirty looking and worn on arm rests. We were first sent away when we arrived at 1 pm as the room was not ready. When we came back at 6.30pm we were given a room that was not made up and cleaned. After switching rooms, the new one had no wifi connection. The breakfast is from 6 until only 9 am which in my personal opinion aims at reducing the number of people having it. Place looked dirty, smelled dirty. Room was not cleaned at all on the second day of our stay. It was filthy especially the bathroom! The manager was rude - there was a broken down car right in front of my door - people with beers and loud voices were trying to fix it for hours... All the lights were unplugged - and the sockets were behind heavy furniture. It took the manager 1 1/2 hours to come fix those... It was a nightmare and just to let you know this was the only motel out of 9 different ones on this trip where I had a problem. Please please do something about this...
