  We loved the quirkiness of a sentimental journey. The owners are lovely people. We had a massive delay on our flight so arrived very late but we were not made to feel uncomfortable. Our luggage had been left in Paris and was not delivered when promised. Ideally placed in Gettysburg. - I can't say enough great things about this place! The staff, location and value is great. I loved the room we stayed in and the kitchen area. The sitting room downstairs and the porch out front are just icing on the cake!

  Actually, there was nothing I didn't like. The room was clean and fit the bill. I was in Gettysburg for a funeral at Saint Francis Xavier Church and the move in and out was quick and easy. The breakfast hit the spot and the only thing about breakfast was that the coffee was weak. I would recommend it to anyone.   Room was very nice, as were the staff. We were only a mile from Gettysburg, so the location was great. Nice continental breakfast. Also, fresh coffee was available in the lobby at all times. Motel was easy to find and on a direct route to the center of town. Several restaurants were nearby as was Walmart and a shopping center. Being the off-season, the price was quite reasonable.   I stay at this hotel often because its a good place to stay. This time there was a snow storm during the night and I did not have a snow brush. The young lady at the desk said it was no problem and supplied me with brush and scraper.
