I liked that the rooms were clean and smelled clean. The staff was very friendly,nice and helpful.. They made us feel like we were at home..I enjoyed everything about our stay and the Econo Lodge.. I will definitely stay again and will recommend this place for out friends and family.. Thanks again.. Like the Staff when I needed some thing they gave it to me in a bag very clean BreakfastBar was good and KK Donuts With Coffee the Best thanks Parking was good the staff said good morning like family Great Stay.
所有评语 » Location was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were new and slept great. I also enjoyed the balcony view wasn't that great but for the price I was very pleased. Very good location right in the middle of Gatlinburg. Easy walk to anything you want. Very good price. I booked the room the same day on impulse and it worked out great. Our rooms were EXCELLENT!! Balcony overlooking the moutains, beautiful scenery. Pool was warm and clean. The price was excellent for a family of four and two rooms!!. Beds were comfy and clean. Lady on front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Price was affordable. Free parking was very convenient. For the price, almost everything was ok. Great location, nice roses on grounds, cute-sized pool. Good quick breakfast. The room was very clean. Excellent location! Good breakfast, good parking locations, would definitely stay again. great staff husband got sick , had to check out early , staff told us about a way out of town to beat traffic. one block off main street in Gatlinburg. The room wasn't cleaned but once in four days and they did not leave any towels we had to go to the desk to get towels and toiletries every day. They also did not give you any soap or shampoo I always bring my own anyway but just expected to have it there. Slightly run-down but very clean and friendly staff. Strange smell upon entering room, probably from the bathroom. Heater put out a horrible smell due to not being run for a while. He room cleaning service was terrible. First day, no cleaning was done. Second day, garbage and towels were missed. Even after calling, not all dirty towels were changed, garbage in room, sinks and floor not cleaned. The heat was a little difficult to regulate. The negative was the balcony door was unlocked when we arrived and it only took a bump with your thumb to unlock it even after we locked it! A bit scarey especially with the back alley view we had (not very appealing). nothing. Could have a better breakfast. Parking was tight. But we managed to find a spot close to our room. Breakfast was sparse, as expected in a low-cost motel. Housekeeping could have been better, especially in the bathroom. breakfast choices were slim & breakfast area quite crowded. The room we stay in before this trip with a hot tub was not an option at your website ... letsbookhotel.com. Everything was OK. That it was on 2nd floor at end of hall. We should have asked for a handicap room. No good view. The doors need weather proofing. When people close the doors they slam very loudly. Needed downstairs rm due to older adult traveling with me. cleanliness could have been better. looks like an older motel. needs some upgrades. Cleaning crew was pathetic. Didn't make up the room first day and didn't clean very well the next 2 days. Room was in need of update. outdated, old features in bathrooms. It was showing its age, the room had a musty smell, and bedding wasn't comfortable. Had problems with TV remote, had to get someone to bring another one. Almost too run down at this point, needs new carpet in the building I stayed in (one side of the hotel looks better than the other), dogs making noise in other rooms when owners left, breakfast was very limited - worth skipping entirely. We were across the street from the picture that is shown on the advertisement and it was misleading. Older building. Needs some remodeling and updating. Room was only partially made up on first day; dirty towels still in bathroom. Had to go to office to request washcloths. Weren't any; had to wait about an hour before washcloths were available. Building across the street from office, ice machine and pool. Shower curtain was dirty/mildew. Balcony was not clean. Room had a musty smell. I chose the Econo lodge because the website said no pets. Well it was not pet free. My husband and I stayed 3 nights and we heard and saw dogs 2 of the 3 days. When I told the lady at the desk she said nothing. She knew the pets were there, I believe. So that is why I will not stay there again. And will not recommend it to family and friends. The air conditioner was tore up in our room on the first night and it took about 1 & 1/2 hours to fix so that ruined our first night. Then to get up the next morning & go to get in the shower & the tub is dirty with hair all in the tub!!! One word nasty!! But there were no other rooms available & then we go to checkout & only get $33 knocked off of the bill :( needless to say we won't be returning!!! Very Disappointed!!!.
