The staff people were so welcome when I had a issue the solve my problem imediatlly. I recomend this hotel for those welcome peopple from front desk and everywhere. Location, staff very friendly and helpful, even though it was budget friendly, we were not treated like 2nd class citizens. I will definitely use this hotel again. At the price I was offered, good value for money. The room had all amenities i.e.. frig, microwave, oven. Very good. I will come again for a longer stay.
所有评语 » Very clean! Good location close to beach yet far enough away to less noisy. Front desk responded very quickly when called. Pool was small but very clean. we were greeted by the nicest young lady, she was very friendly and professional. Very nice to see in younger people, very respectful. I can not complain about anything. The staff was awesome and the location was close to the beach and it was very quiet at night. I LOVED the comfortable bed!! I slept like I hadn't slept in a long time. I loved my room. Very cozy and comfortable. Very clean, and neat! Staff was friendly and helpful! My wife and I had a great time! We will visit again for sure!!. Did not spend much time in hotel, but the accommodations were favorable. Rooms were clean. Staff was wonderfully courteous, room was clean and comfortable, short walk to beach. The smell of the room was not a clean smell. But everthing eles was very nice. Was surprised at how clean the room was. Staff was very nice and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice. Towels we're clean, and smelled good. seclusion, close to the highway and the beach and grocery store. How close it was to the sea wall, and the staff were great. Breakfast area too small and selection very poor. Rear room smelt strongly of food from the opposite restaurant. Cleaning staff came to early as we had our grandbaby with us and she likes to sleep til 10! Chain was broken on door! There was no do not disturb signs. very steep stairway to get to second floor. someone with knee problems would have a very difficult time climbing. There was nothing I did not like. Not ample parking for this hotel. we had to park on the other side of the hotel. Room was very musty, bought a bottle of febreeze and used the whole thing during our one week stay. Waffles would be a nice breakfast addition. nothing. Leaving, thanks for everything. one of the two beds did not have any linens or blankets. room only had two towels. Blanket and linens were provided quickly by maintenance and towels were available at front desk. problem solved quickly. Had to stay on upper level. Had a few in party with handicaps and that was hard on all of us. Rooms need to be updated. Bathroom could use an update. hard to get clean towels. the only thing i didnt like was the housekeeping cleaned every room around us but never came to our room never brought us any towels or sheets other then that it was great. nothing. some outlets didn't work, breakfast needs some protein because it's all carbs. I requested another pillow and they said they did not have any. I would bring my own next time I stay there. Bugs & rouch in the bath rooms. I didnt like that when my husband went to sign out and came back to the room, they had charged is 195.99 for the night when my confirmation was 99. It took about 10 minutes and 3 people to sort out. Room smelled musty even though rooms appeared to be newly renovated. Renovation was poor workmanship. While rooms were clean enough there was not enough attention to detail such as dirt behind bathroom door & in corners. Refridgerator made loud noise-had to unplug it at night when TV was off. Pop & water machine was not working. Multiple cars were broken into on the last night there, including mine. Luckily we didn't leave anything of value in the vehical. that it was not on beach. Weekend prices 3xhigher. Thin walls between rooms. Poor breakfast. what you get with value for money. old facility, needs some up-keep in rooms. Far from the beach. Didn't clean room first day. Called to get towels at least and they asked me to come get them. The next day they did come to clean the room but the sheets were not changed. Sheets didn't fit the bed so you were up and down all night fixing the sheet. Makes me wonder if the sheets were clean when we arrived. The door wouldn't lock. It seemed to be broken. Bed uncomfortable not enough pillows, telephone and coffee maker did not work. 1. The room was not very clean especially the bathroom. 2. I booked for King room but was given 2 double bed room. We went there for baby moon vacation and the bed was very uncomfortable. Marrow and unclean walkways, building is old and not very clean. Makes one feels he/she belongs to a lower class group of people; Heard a prostitute came to our next door at 3:00am to do her business!. Staff was not very attentive, price was expensive for the star ratings of this hotel. Unclean. Well the wireless Internet did not exist in our room. The bathroom was too hot because our room was next to the housekeeping laundry room. Air conditioner very noisy and would cut off after running for 5 minutes. Bath tub was dirty. Room was too clutter. Not enough pillows.
