This was a nice surprise, the staff at check in were friendly and helpful. The room was clean although a bit skimpy on towels. The Spurs restaurant next door gives a 10% discount to guest so that was a plus ( great food). For the cost I thought it was great value for money. Betty was a wonderful hostess. The room was large and clean. It was the best room on our travel so far. Price was so affordable. The breakfast area was large and roomy. When I asked for an extra towel the hostess got it for us right away.
所有评语 » In place of luxury we found a nice clean room with everything we needed. I liked the free WIFI, free parking and the free continental breakfast. We would stay here again. Very nice, clean, comfortable room; friendly staff; great price. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future, as I travel back and forth from Denver to Tempe. Very comfortable clean room. Breakfast was included despite my reservation saying it wasn't. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was for the money. Free Wifi and parking. Good laundry. Breakfast ok. Room fine. Very clean. My recommendation for this hotel is only for the deaf or the hearing impaired. The King Suite was spacious clean and great value for money. Loved it. Staff were amazingly friendly Compared to anywhere we have stayed on this trip. Value - didn't want a pool, gym, etc. Room to sleep in and relax - that's what I received without paying for other 'overhead' items I wouldn't use. I was upgraded to a suite when I arrived without asking. That was an awesome experience. As a solo traveler, I have never stayed in a suite. This was a very pleasant motel, friendly proprietor, nice room, comfortable bed, good price, good location, and a nice breakfast. Great value, nice large rooms, free wifi, and continental breakfast... Right next to a McDonalds too... staff was friendly and very helpful, room was clean and tidy. best room for the price. a true value. I liked everything. Would have enjoyed some hot breakfast, but what was there was fresh and tasty. We had trouble finding the hotel. From reviews we had already read that you'll hear trains, but we figured anywhere in Gallup you'll be either next to the highway or next to the tracks, and honestly I didn't find it too bad. Bring earplugs to block out the sound of blasting train horns that will keep you awake all night and day. Sometimes 2 minutes apart, and they leant on the horns for up to 20 seconds at a time. No faults for $70.00 this was great value. Reserved a king size bed - room had a queen size bed. The staff accidentally double charged my room rate to my credit card. She corrected the error very quickly. It was just an accident. Nothing at all to complain about. Just like everything in Gallup, it's a little run down... Perfect hotel for the family just passing through. proximity to train...noisy. trains blast their horns through town allllll night long. Everything was fine. The train nearby!!. Too close to the railroad tracks. Train whistles every 20 minutes all night. Breakfast was OK, cereal, juice, muffins. Rude lady at the front desk; across from railroad line with heavy traffic. Can't think of a thing. Poor location - across the street from rail yard, with trains sounding their horns at least 2-3 times per hour. The towels were thin and mine did not look clean. the sheets were just OK - thin and a bit scratchy. Wish the contenental breakfast had included something hot. railroad tracks across the street. Train noise was loud but it did not keep me awake. it was older than I expected but was ok. can not think of anything. Location near RR tracks. 1) Heavy Chemical Air Spray used in rooms to the point your eyes watered, had to toss three of them out of the room. 2) Heavy Mold/cigar smells in Hall. 3) Lack of common kindness in allowing us to stay 2 more hours after a car wreck and all night in an emergency room. The room was in the back alley near the trash dumpster that wasn't safe. Our room had the arm for the latch lock but nothing to secure it to. Also one of the lights in our room had a short where the light bulb socket was screwed in and burned into the lamp shade (after we noticed and smelled something burning). And last but not least we were charged an extra day on the room when we had canceled a third person that was within our party that couldn't make it. train noise, beds not too comfortable. Room (carpet, wall/floor edges) was tired-looking; 2nd floor was a long hike with suitcases. Train whistles all night. Tv wasn't hooked up properly - my husband had to help. Too near unmanned crossing on railway line. Train horns. kind of an dated place.....needs some TLC.... Railroad Noise. train noise loud. Railroad noise. Was not a good night for sleeping. Room was so hot when I arrived I had to leave for 4 hours inorder for it to cool down. It was not what I would call a bargain. I was afarid of getting bed bugs. It is a pit! Panhandlers and scary folks hanging out in the parking lot. We checked in, and one hour later checked out! This place is for the construction crews and rowdy folks, not for us.
