  Your staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was a nice size at a great rate. Bed was very comfortable. We come to Fresno once a year and we will definitely stay here again. - Front desk gal, maybe Ashley?, was very welcoming and friendly. Clean hotel, good continental breakfast.   Although we were very pleased with the standard of accommodation, we were very disappointed to see the lack of environmental awareness with disposable crockery and cutlery at breakfast. - Very friendly staff, able to help us making alternative plans since nearby National Parks were closed during the Obama Shutdown.   I had a very spacious suite. I was very surprised. It had a nice balcony. The weather was so hot I could not sit out there. Would have liked to go downstairs and sit by the fountain and read my book. I live with my son and he had a dinner party and I didn't want to attend. So this was a perfect place to stay for the night. The grounds in all of the common area's were all landscaped with such great taste and quality and made you feel as though you were in a 5-star resort. This was my first stay but plan on staying here on regular basis for my bi-monthly visits to fresno.

  Husband and I chose this wonderful place because it was next to Forestiere Gardens and because it was so highly rated by travelers on the internet. It was exceptionlly clean and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. The fresh fruit from the on site gardens was a special treat and delicious. We had been a little concerned about what we would find since it was an independent hotel but the owners were delightful and the breakfasts were fantastic! We drove to Yosemite and spent the day and returned that evening to a clean, quiet, environment. We had our 87 year old parents with us and they enjoye

  Staff great! Room nice but there is a plastic mat on top of the mattress. Makes bed very crackley like a child's bed. Maybe worried we will wet the bed? - It was one of the greatest hotels I've stayed in by far... Will definitely be staying there again!!! 5 star in my book
