I liked that from the moment you walked into the door that you felt like you had chosen the right place. The lady that was working the night we arrived was very nice, made fresh hot coffee and treated us like old friends. She even got out a menu of a well known place to eat, gave us a local magazine of places to visit, and was just as friendly to others that walked into the door. The breakfast in the morning was hot, pretty good, and lots to chose from.

I can honestly say that the personnel there was extremely friendly and outgoing. They really made it a great place to stay. The room was clean and had everything that I needed to relax and also be able to work as well. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast as well which was odd because at other hotels the food is no where near what Aspen had. I will definitely be back and would even recommend it to others.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, made a point of telling us there was going to be some construction across the street and even offered us an alternative hotel if the noise was too much. Fresh waffles for breakfast was pretty cool.
The reception staff were very friendly and the hotel was tastefully decorated. The room was clean and the bathroom was very modern, spacious, and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and hot. Would definitely stay here again!.
Efficient staff at front desk - quick check-in. The property had a clean appearance on the outside and inside. The value was excellent. Breakfast was also a nice surprise - the area was attended to on regular basis.
The value and close to restaurants...Outback right beside. Staff was very friendly. Staff tried to accommodate you in every way. Close to medical center. I very much recommend this motel.

The marble in the bathroom. The HD TV actually had HD channels! Very clean! Within walking distance of some excellent restaurants!.

Clean, comfortable & quiet, breakfast was good. A bit far out from the city but there plenty of shops & resturants nearby.
The only thing I can think of is that the coffee wasn't wonderful but it wasn't bad.
Their towels are a bit on the thin side, and the refrigerator made a high pitched noise at times.
The room smelled a little musty, initially, but the smell went away quickly.
We found nothing wrong..
If I had to find something, I would have liked to have had scrambled instead of boiled eggs for breakfast.

They charge your card $60 (it's a pending transaction) even if you've paid for the room in advanced. Made me think they were charging me for the room twice.
This room was not clean - the blanket had permanent stains and the carpet was stained and sticky. There were no eggs for breakfast and the front desk person said the food shipment had not come for the month.
