  Everything! After reading several reviews on Trip Advisors that the hotel hall ways were dark and smelly, I was a little leary; however, we did not find that the case at all. After traveling on a "red eye" from Los Angeles and arriving at 6:30 am; we did have to wait till 1:00 pm for our room, but we understood since the hotel had been sold out th... 别人怎么说 » e night before. We were offered the free breakfast in the breakfast room which sustained us till we went for an early dinner. The room was very clean - Very nice hotel and the room was very nice with a balcony. Bed was big and comfy too. Breakfast was excellent and we arrived at 9am on day of check in and had our room ready before midday and also allowed use to a complimentary breakfast that morning. Nice pool, bar area had pool table and the food was great too. Close to the beach also.

  I loved your pick up service to and from the airport and to and from the cruise terminal. Organization to do this was excellent! Check in was quick and food in the dining room was good. Having the complimentary breakfast was another plus.   check in staff seemed overwhelmed with answering phones and giving directions while checking in and out also it was noisy with people banging on the doors during the night - Staff were wonderful, pool area very pretty, bar/restaurant was also nice. Hotel is being updated.

  My husband and I just returned from our stay at the Sealord and miss it already! Staff couldn't be more helpful and pleasant and the location is ideal! Very walkable but also the Pelican Hopper is free transportation and very good. People all over are extremely friendly and we felt very safe here.   The staff was great especially Ann Marie who made us feel at home. There was a Houskeeper who was really nice as well. - Very nice and friendly staff, clean room & comfortable beds :-)
