  Everything! After reading several reviews on Trip Advisors that the hotel hall ways were dark and smelly, I was a little leary; however, we did not find that the case at all. After traveling on a "red eye" from Los Angeles and arriving at 6:30 am; we did have to wait till 1:00 pm for our room, but we understood since the hotel had been sold out th... 别人怎么说 » e night before. We were offered the free breakfast in the breakfast room which sustained us till we went for an early dinner. The room was very clean - Very nice hotel and the room was very nice with a balcony. Bed was big and comfy too. Breakfast was excellent and we arrived at 9am on day of check in and had our room ready before midday and also allowed use to a complimentary breakfast that morning. Nice pool, bar area had pool table and the food was great too. Close to the beach also.

  I liked the fact the facility seemed to be constantly maintained and was concerned about how the hotel looked and functioned inside and out, on the hour every day. Great pool facility, wi-fi center and all around wi-fi reception, along with a great breakfast. Rooms were updated and fairly quiet at night. One thing to add.....   Staff were excellent specially Patrick, Vivian and Gwen. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed 2 days pre-cruise and 2 days post cruise. Our connecting flight was delayed on arrival so we phoned from Chicago and spoke to Gwen, she assured us the booking was fine and not to worry about any thing. Breakfast was inclusive, so were local calls and most important in - The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were just coming off a cruise ship and arrived several hours prior to expected check in yet they had rooms ready and let us into them right away. We also had a late flight the next day and they let us stay in the room for two hours past check out and then held our bags while we had lunch.   We were a group of friends and didn't realize that this was a gay resort when we booked on the smart phone. They offered us to host us in another hotel around if we wanted but we decided to stay, as the people were soooo friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. We had a good time there! Very walkable but also the Pelican Hopper is free transportation and very good. People all over are extremely friendly and we felt very safe here.
