  Friendliness of staff. My son had shoulder surgery. We needed to stay one night at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning crew were very aware of our needs and helpful. Great hotel for value and convenience to downtown Cincy and Northern KY cities. I will come back to this hotel for a visit to the Creation Museum... 别人怎么说 » ! :) - The location and cleanliness. We have stayed hetre before and that is why we choose this location over one that would have been closer.

  The room was as always excellent, front desk helpful and friendly. Slept like a baby in a very comfortable bed. Great variety for breakfast. In a previous review I asked for more diabetic friendly foods-I should have asked the front desk. The breakfast does have scrambled eggs, as well as sugarfree syrup. - l was impressed with the front desk sta... 别人怎么说 » ffs, they were helpful. when l was leaving the hotel back to the airport, l requested for the hotel shuttle bus to take me to the airport and immediately my request was granted. the bed l slept on in my hotel room was also comfortable. it is a decent hotel.

  Food and drink at the little Bistro was very good. The little "market" is a good idea. The interior decor was modern and fresh. The room was amazingly clean!!! We even had complimentary bottles of water!!!! - Friendly staff, great room for a low price.

  Everyone very helpful and friendly, right from the receptionist Freire to the Conceirgist Howard. Two very helpful people and the chef too who specially made us vegetarian food.
