A very nice property. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good with choices between a hot eggs and sausage or cold cereal. 1) Breakfast included w/room 2) The Indoor Jacuzzi and Pool 3) In-room Fridge & microwave 4) Bed & pillow comfort. Not much around it, restaurants etc but the staff did shuttle us downtown! Beds are very good and coffee in the room.

The hot breakfast was outstanding, the family enjoyed it. Great staff and room. Value was great and I'm glad I spent the extra on the hotel. I liked the price and the rooms were nicer than a super 8. Free shuttle service to Love Field airport. Room size Airport Shuttle Bedding/ towels. breakfast, indoor pool, work out gym. I was able to book a SMOKING room. proximity to Dallas Love Field. the breakfast was good. friendly, helpful staff. Good value for the money; bed was comfortable; free wifi. Staff was friendly . Place was clean. Nice welcome at check-in. Plenty of towels. Good breakfast selection. Convenient location to airport. I think check out should be at noon like the other hotels in the area. Also, for a hotel that caters to business travelers, there is no business channels on the cable tv programming. Pool hours: Went to an outdoor concert, would like to have been able to relax in the pool when we came back. Too far from restaurants or shops.....we didn't pick up our rental car until the next morning so that was the only thing. Nothing to complain about. The ottoman and bathroom fan in my room were broken, notified staff but nothing was ever done with it. Nothing not to like about this property. The only problem that I had was that the air conditioner said it was set on 60 but the thermostat in the air conditioner would only allow the temperature to get down to 75. It was uncomforatable , especially for the first couple of hours. Bathroom tile had some black mold, bathroom also had something oily and strong smelling on floor. Breakfast could be improved Pillow choices could be improved. water in the elevator tracked in from pool. no dining opportunities. They stated they didn't know there were going to be kids staying in the room. my son got sick and the phones for some weird reason were not plugged in, I could call the front desk to bring up trash can liners. Bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd hoped... Location next to a "gentleman's club" made it seem a bit dodgy. Booked a double ...Showed the booking to the clerk. Received a king ... What? Can they not read...or do they not care? Horrible in room coffee. The hotel was right next to I-35 and so there was a good deal of noise. Also, the room fragrance was far too overpowering. I had to open the window just to breathe. Mattress and pillows could have been better. Power went out due to rain storm and so I had to shower and dress in the dark- no hair dryer so had to leave with wet hair. Not hotel's fault, but morning shift staff didn't bother to apologize for the inconvenience, which is hospitality 101. first room didnt have hot water and shower didnt drain. got transfored to different room at 130 am to the air not working in the second room.
