My nephews enjoyed the swimming pool, it was clean and well lit. The rooms were clean and the fridge and microwave was an added convenience. The breakfast was excellent, waffles, sausage, eggs and cereal, milk and juice, everybody was happy. I will stay here again if I go back to Dallas. The price was reasonable and service was great. Thanks!. The staff was able to up-grade our room to a SUPER suite!! It had 2 TV's one in the private bedroom, the other in the king size main room. the lighting was excellent. It seems to be recently remodeled . The Breakfast was GREAT!.
所有评语 » They were very helpful all the time. I needed some shaving cream and they provided it at no cost. Besides, they were friendly and the cleanliness was impecabble all the time. Highly recommend this hotel. Received a lot more then was expected for the cost. Included hot breakfast saved me time and money and was a great way to start my business day. Hotel staff was outstanding. The hotel was convenient and very reasonably priced! I liked that they called and told me I had left something behind - and they then returned it to me!. Nice, clean room, continental breakfast, good price, about 2 miles from Downtown Dallas. No complaints. very comfortable, breakfast is good and handy if you have kids. diner next door very good. Good location, good breakfast. Everything you might expect of a best western. very clean and close to our objectives very friendly and good breakfast. Good space for the $$. close to city, and shopping/entertainment. the staff on duty the two days was very friendly and helpfull. Clean Friendly staff Location to fairgrounds. WiFi worked well. The Breakfast!. Everything!. I liked that the location was reasonable. Complimentary breakfast good. Nothing. We had a refrigerator, but it froze things. This was reported so should be fixed for the next guest. Having this extra was extremely needed and appreciated, because of medicines. They didn't carry me to my auto. :-). N/a. just wish it was more accessible via public transportation. an airport shuttle would really help too. nothing. I didn't like the front desk service I didn't think the issue I experienced was handled professionally. The staff were kinda rude, the toilet handle was sticking, had to park about 100 feet from my room, because other people were staying at the hotel that didn't pay for a room, and the manager and staff didn't care about the situation just blew it off. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Checked in late and room smelled like smoke. Sink was clogged, bugs in bathtub, blood stains on sheets. i don't see how this place has such a high rating! was horrible! Didn't sleep and as soon as we could find another room in a different hotel we left. I would really like my money back for the one night I was charged.
