Really nice rooms and staff was nice. staff, room, ambience very good. when arrived there, front staffs gave us one room only but we booked 4 rooms they complained booking .com means bokking,com made a mistake. so we had to wait on chair at lobby for one hour. finally they verified and gave us again 3 rooms more. can you imagine that? we arrived 10.30 pm at hotel lobby and finaly entered room over midnight. I was too much sorry for all the members of family, especialy mother over than 80 age. how could you compensate this case?.
