The staff was really friendly and when a friend forgot his guitar in another room, they let us know since they had seen us together. They had hot fresh coffee available 24 hours for free. They offered a good free breakfast for the price of room. There were available smoking rooms. Everything for 3 days was very nice experience. Cleanliness from the room to nice breakfast room. Staff very friendly. We felt safe from the parking to the hwy. We didn't have to have late night snacks but it was nice to know fast food was at walking distance.
所有评语 » We booked this hotel because it was reasonably priced and pretty close to Napa (about 20 min drive). The Hotel is very clean and comfortable and mainly budget friendly. The breakfast was good. There was a pool too but we didn't get a chance to use it. A very nice motel. the staff were very professional. The rooms were quiet and the breakfast with eggs and sausage was just the thing to start off your day. It was also very close to a number of shopping options especially Fairfield and Napa. We arrived around 1 AM and had to leave early so we were pleasantly surprised by the great breakfast they offered! Not only did it make our day start off easier but saved us money too!. Staff was great! Breakfast great. Room appointments great. They offered smoking rooms which had ashtrays and were clean! Didn't get treated as 2nd class customers. Comfortable adequate rooms. Free breakfast was good and staff kept well stocked. Comfortable bed, quiet, well appointed room, breakfast included a bonus. They let me check in early when I added another day :) Staff is awesome. guests who smokes were outside the other door. excellent staff,very accommodating. staff and location. No complaints. Price. i liked that there staff was very friendly, and offered a breakfast. The price wasn't bad. Clean room. Breakfast. It is a very basic yet comfortable and quite clean hotel. The room is rather large and the bed is comfortable, the pillows though need to be thrown away!! Location is convenient right at the entry of the highway and near the wine valleys and san francisco, overall in line with the price point. Breakfast was possibly nice, however at 9am was out of hot food and when I asked the attendant she said that will take 20 min to refill it, however 30 min later I decided to leave as she was refilling eve. The beds were clean and comfortable. The computer that was available in the lobby to print travel information was a huge help. Lots of restaurants and right of an exit. There isnt anything we didnt like. We would be back. I'm glad my Byfd trust me to find nice hotels for our trips. Thanks letsbookhotel.com. As you exit elevator and walk on walkways they were "very very dirty" (3rd floor) as were the hallways with food and walls dirty. It made you expect a dirty room...which it wasn't but was a very bad entrance and took awhile to get past. Location. the carpet in the room was not vacumed, their were cobwebs on the drapes, the coffee maker was not cleaned and it still had the coffee pack molded inside, one bed seemed it had old sheets on it , we came in late and was to tired to call front desk but did leave a comment card at the front desk. The room was a little small. I ask for an upgrade. They said all the suites were taken. It was a Sunday night and I only saw 2 cars in the parking lot. I don't think she was being honest with me. Parking not ample. The toilet paper holder is in a very inconvenient place. The bathroom door will only stay open if it is proped open. There was quite a bit of noise from corridor and nearing rooms, door and room in general is definitely not well insulated as I could here people talking in the next door room. The hotel needs a good spruce up, especially if entering from the parking side gate it really looks like the way out for garbage not a side entrance, nothing that a good maintenance could fix, just a bit of tlc will do miracles, it felt a bit ghetto unfortunately!. The overall atmosphere was dingy and not well cared for. When you stepped in the Lobby there was an overwhelming smell of bleach but it didn't quite cover up some of the other odors so it just smelled unclean. The floors were dirty and walking down the hallway, in places you could smell urine.
