the room was nice, the beds comfortable, we stay there at least twice a year. staff is friendly and helpful, we like the twenty-four hour pool and hot tub. loved the pool area & hot tub. Waffles were good as was the yogurt The room was great & comfortable. I liked the price and how quiet it was and how friendly and the breakfast was nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked to switch rooms.
所有评语 » Large room, excellent bed, quiet, very clean, well maintained. Very comfortable room. Easy check in and out. Nice large room with fridge and microwave. Room was spacious and clean. pool. Most. The facility was fine--close to shops and restaurants. The room had everything we needed and it was air conditioned. Staff worked with us on problems with the room. Ample spaces. Comfortable. wish you had more breakfast items. Eggs, bacon, bisc. & gravy, regular toast. Where was the popcorn they advertised?. The wifi was broken. The room we were given in the main building was so smelly - it reeked of old smoke. nothing. Nothing. Breakfast. Breakfast wasn't good. The carpets in the hallways are in bad condition and needs replaced or at least some attention by a carpet layer. The room did not smell good. Check-in was busy and a long wait to get through the line. The bathroom did not smell very clean. The air conditioner was too noisy for us to get a good night's sleep. Room was not what we booked (King Suite given handicapped queen); mystery stains on walls; beds uncomfortable; hair in shower when we arrived; no shower curtain; breakfast all starch and not enough seating. Some road noise. Breakfast buffet poorly stocked. Our shower drain was clogged and the tv had poor selection of channels, the tv had poor picture quality and terrible sound. Our tv buzzed the whole time. I complained to the desk clerk and she had nerve to ask me "is that it?" I thought one complaint was too many!!! The rooms were not cleaned very well - my husband had spilled some creamer on the counter and it was still there that evening when we got back to the room. Breakfast was gross, especially the hardboiled eggs in murky looking water. Over processed package foods...ie the Danish has about 100 ingredients. the room #208 had A hole in the floor that was obvious to anyone entering the room that gave way approx 3 inches, soon to go through to the ceiling of the lower unit. all units are out-dated and in much need of upgrading and repair...!.
