  Everything! My room (1503) at 15th floor, was actually huge living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Spacious and wonderful apartment, not a hotel room you would expect.   the proprieters were ver friendly and helpfull, and are in the process of renovatting the entire BandB. They catered for my pre 6am departure, and couldn't have been more helpfull. Luna (the dog). The Eden park, is less then 10 mins walk, and its less then 20 mins to downtown.
