  It was an OK distance to the ballpark and the area was safe enough to walk back after a night game. The pool was nice. It was very close to a waffle house for breakfast, as the hotel breakfast was pretty pricey. - The location was perfect for our one night stay to take in the festivities of Zinzinnati Oktoberfest.
