  Hotel is very nice, love the historic feel. Also love the central location downtown- lots to do within walking distance. Liked that there were shops adjoined to the hotel.   It was an OK distance to the ballpark and the area was safe enough to walk back after a night game. The pool was nice.   Everything! My room (1503) at 15th floor, was actually huge living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Spacious and wonderful apartment, not a hotel room you would expect. Room was great, the view was great, Cafe Martin downstairs is great, location as well, 5 minutes walk from Fountains Square. Stuff polite and friendly. WiFi fast and free... 别人怎么说 » ! Great gym at the very top floor with awesome view at Cincinnati. And the price of course! - We loved the views from the 14th floor.They were awesome! We're native Cincinnatians, and it's fun to see downtown from a new perspective. We could see the new murals created by Charley Harper, and the mural dedicated to Marthat, the last carrier pigeon from the Cincinnati zoo. This hotel room was so spacious, What a jewel! we will definitely stay again when we want to have an in-town getaway.

  The staff was so accommodating from the moment we got out of our car at the valet parking! When we walked into our room we loved it. So clean, very comfortable bed and very uniquely decorated. Very nice to actually have 2 FREE bottles of water in our room! Very interesting random tiles on the bathroom walls. It was fun looking at the tiles and... 别人怎么说 » finding the fun little surprises. Upon checkout we left our luggage in their luggage room while we went out for lunch and exploy the city some more. - The hotel is unique, fabulous and immaculate! The staff was courteous, friendly and you got the feeling they really want you to have a wonderful experience during your stay. Excellent customer service from Front Desk to Housekeeping! The person who helped us with our bags, Leon, when we checked in and when we checked out was simply the best!
