The staff was helpful and courteous. I checked out earlier than expected and was chared for only half of the full night stay. I had expected to be charged full price, a welcomed surprise. The hotel has a beautiful scenic view. Wish we could have stayed longer. The next time we need to book a room it will most definitely be with this chain. Thanks again.

The history, gardens and trains were awesome. As soon as I open the lobby door and walked into the lobby I felt that I had entered a magical place. The wonderful old bar made me think the Great Gatsby era. I dined in the Garden cafe, the food was great. The grounds were beautiflu. I could go on and on. The Choo Choo was the nicest surprise I've had in a long long time !

Location. Helpful, friendly staff. When the TV would not work late at night we got a free breakfast. We were allowed leave our car after check-out while we went to the Tennessee Aquarium and lunch.
