I noticed right away that the towels were very clean and very white. The outside of the building was very nice and made us feel comfortable being there. The pool was nice and the view of the mountains was awesome. We we'll definitely be staying there again. Very convenient. Staff extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. Excellent hot breakfast bar. Room very clean and in good repair. Beds comfortable. Shower has good water pressure. 42" flat screen TV. Smoking rooms available.

All the while the hotel was conveniently located close to all the attractions Chattanooga had to offer the room was spacious and very clean my 4 year old loved it....we will stay there again. The breakfast was just enough. Our room was on the bottom floor which is great for me and it was clean. It was easy to get to from the interstate and there were many restaurants in the area. We used to hotel to visit the battlefield at Chickamauga and also to go to the Little River Canyon center just into Alabama - worth visiting but hard to find. Centrally located to all the attractions at Lookout Mountain and yet close to downtown Chattanooga. Great place. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was very pleasant and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and everything was great!. The near-by Wal Mart. The hot breakfast was good even for a diabetic. room size, amentities in room, staff was friendly. the rooms was clean frendly stuff good location. Good location for what we needed. Comfortable beds and room. close to all attractions. The convient location. Location was great !. The rooms were fairly clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. Minor - Tub and Toilet slow to drain. No elevator. The guy at the front desk barely smiled...he seemed unwelcoming. There are no do not disturb signs. The hair dryer was a "classic". It worked and has made for some great conservation (I took a picture). It just took me a little longer to dry my hair. I did have to ask for another pillow because the one I had was very flat. The inn is not in a good location for restaurants and has entry doors to the outside, which can get noisy. When making the reservation, my wife asked for a 1st floor room because of her knee; we had a 3rd floor room. Also the bed was a little soft for me, however my wife liked it. breakfast didn't offer enough variety, biscuits were cold, juice cups too small, dining area too small. the ac wasn't working properly. I booked 3 rooms and would've like the rooms to be closer together. One room on ground level on the front other two were top floor otherside of building. One on corner room other all the way on the other side. The staff was rude from check in to check out. Check in clerk even stated she could not wait for her shift to be over because of guests. We called to ask if we could have an extra pillow and received less than helpful service. About an hour later they called and told us to come get it and hung up. We did not ask for a wake up called but got one anyway. Staff was Terrible. We stayed there because it was supposed to have a swimming pool, but the pool was not functioning. That was a huge disappointment to the children.
