Comfortable , and very clean in the new remodeled room . I left my pharmaceuticals accidentally and the cleaning person returned them to the desk without one pill being missing . I was very happy that they made sure I was taken care of . Very good service and will come again . Thank you Jay W. Even though the lobby was out of service it still was kept up clean. I was surprised there wasn't dust floating around. The room was clean and newly remodeled. The price was excellent....when you just need a bed to rest your head.
所有评语 » My room with the King-sized bed was large compared to other hotels I've recently stayed at, and it was clean. The mini-fridge & microwave were pleasant surprises. Large Flat screen was also nice. Rooms have been renovated very recently. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free coffee provided in lobby 24 hours a day which is fresh. Name brand toiletries provided. CLEAN. Very clean and all the new Up dates makes the place feel very modern. Best spot in Grand Rapids for you money, I will be back to visit often. The hotel was amazing. Recently renovated and very nice rooms. Sean at the front desk gave me a complimentary upgrade to a superior room. Very impressed with the rooms, new furniture, flat screen, microwave and fridge, clean/ new linens. Wifi worked:). The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and pleasant. The room looked like it was re-done, it looked nice!. fridge, microwave, wifi were a plus. Comfortable bed. I like the updated decor. Friendly staff. Outstanding room for the money. The bed is comfortable, nice TV, free internet. Nice place to stay for location of grr airport. Nice to have shuttle service.. Price & location were the reason I chose this hotel. price. The only negative thing was that there was no ice machine available to use due to the construction. Its location- so near to the highway, and the affordability- can draw quite inconsiderate neighbors. I lost six hours of sleep one night; the one that required two calls to the Kentwood Police to finally get it under wraps. The WiFi range is very inconsistent- and is over-hyped. ----------------------------. The only thing I did not like was that it had snowed and the plow pushed all the snow up to the sidewalk so in order to walk from the car to the room you had to walk through a foot of snow they should have shoveled a path for people to walk through. We wanted to sit outside & talk, it was a beautiful day. There was no place to sit outside, although they were in the process of building an arbor/ fountain w/ sitting area. The room wasn't the cleanest..there was a towel on the floor when we got in the room underneath the heat/air conditioner unit. There were no blinds on the window. The floors could've been cleaned better/vacuumed. Regardless of these issues, the staff, front desk and our housekeeper, was extremely nice. towels & soap were not replaced when room was freshened up. Had to ask for them. A chair would be a big plus so don't have to sit on the bed all the time. The hotel did not have the booking info, probably because I booked it online then immediately just drove over there. Cracking balcony cement. Spiders in Room 228 and Condow Wrapper under the Bed No Towles in Room Matress was worn out AC is noisy but just in this Room, others are better. Nothing. Just that the wifi wasnt working but cant blame redroof for that. Bathtub looks old and grimy because of the nonslip grips on the bottom. Everything else in the room looked so nice and new so it looked even more dirty and out of place. Ac is to loud Trash under the bed and spiders in the corner of the room. Waited shutter so long time. the rain lol. found used wash cloth on shower rod curtain. There is no soap or shampoo, no hair dryer.Bathroom needs updating. Room not very clea. The carpet needed better cleaning around the base boards... Room smelled. Facility extremely run down. You get what you paid for. bare floors.
