  Very comfortable accommodation, very helpful staff and super relaxing. Kids particularly liked the pool and spa. On top of that we liked gym and the close proximity to shops and restaurants. Good choice at breakfast. They have self drawn maps available explaining how to walk to Legoland, and can also bring and take you with the shuttle. They helped us with sending our letters to the Netherlands at the reception. Location is nice, next to a nice shopping mall, with actual some charm and good restaurants. Only half an hour drive to San Diego.

  I loved this hotel. letsbookhotel.com did not send them my reservation and they still honored my reservation (luckily I printed it and brought it with me). The staff were amazing, the landscaping was beautiful, my kids loved it and we had an amazing time.   The office staff were helpful and pleasant. They were willing to offer their assistance when we needed it. We stayed in the luxury one bedroom suite and it was really beautiful. The resort is steps away from the ocean and we used the beach chairs, umbrella and bogie boards supplied by the resort. We would def - The staff was amazing!!! I didn't check in until 9 that night and had been driving and Jose was so nice to get me all set up with whatever I needed. The man who worked in the morning was just as awesome and made a point to engage in conversation. They are the first reason I will come back. The resort itself is great, especially being across the street from the beach. My room was ok, I thought it'd be a little nicer, but I guess I couldn't expect much for a studio. Overall it was a great experie
