We were able to book on short notice- advertised price was favorable.

Not so friendly people.
Our room did not have any toilet paper when we arrived. I called, they
said someone would bring it within an hour. No one ever brought it. I
called and was told the room would have a queen size bed, I believe it
had only a double. The comforter for the sofa bed that was in the closet
was not clean and could not be used. The air conditioning unit over our
bed dripped water on us in the middle of the night.
the fact that the air conditioner leaked water on our heads from 5am on...
Needed more towels but was told I would be charged for towel service! Ran out of toilet paper, no extra was provided. Noise level from above was extremely loud. Sounded as if they were jumping up and down non stop.
Hidden fees- a/c didn't work- room had a bad odor.
A/C was loud. Room looked old and dingy. Extra fees were ridiculous. Can't believe fees were more than the price of the room rental.
the room was musty, mildew in bathroom, no batteries in smoke alarm, door would not lock, adjoining door was not locked, mattress pad cover not on bed, had to do it ourselves,there was no toilet tissue in bathroom, room where my girls were, the table leg was broken on the table, bathroom was dirty and had hair in the corners of the bathroom.
Late check-in was horrible. We were mistakenly checked out without our
knowledge while at the beach, and came back to a room being cleaned with
all of our belongings sent to the front office.
It was a complete surprise. We never interacted with any staff until we were looking for our belongings.
Radarius at the office was apologetic and nice and gave us a full refund.
