I came with my sister on the way to Hearst Castle. It was a wonderful
retreat after a day long drive. We loved the decor! Especially the lobby--

the hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, fireplace in the bed area of the room. nice atmosphere. staff helpful, breakfast adequate. can walk the boardwalk down to the beach from the edge of the property. overall feel of the hotel was relaxing and comfortable-a true boutique feel. would definitely stay here again.

Beds were comfortable. The proximity to the ocean was fantastic, just across the street. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront and close enough to walk to shopping and food if you wanted too. There was a pretty good continental breakfast with plenty to choose from. The staff was more than willing to answer questions about the area and make suggestions about what to see.
