  location and comfort of rooms - The room was comfortable and fine, but when I booked I was suupose to get a suite with a sofa and instead I just got a stand room and had to aks if they could please adjust my rate

  The room was amazing! It was VERY different than a typical hotel room. I felt more like I was in a fancy resort or a spa. There was a large beautifully tiled shower/ steam room, a large jacuzzi tub, all the amenities I could want (e.g., fridge, microwave, coffee maker, DVD player, big TV).
